here's a shortcutto the Scams 101 Index.)
I'm Lesley Fountain, FormerProf.... (that's "College" PROFessor and PROFessionalScammee). I've left both of those behind me....but the title sort of stuck.
You'll notice that parts ofthis site are straight out of The Little RedSchoolhouse....
Sorry!.... No intention totalk down to anyone.
Once upon a time I was the"Scams Professor" at an online "college" (and I usethe term loosely). I left by mutual agreement(that means I quit and they fired me). I havekept Scams 101 in the "class" format because it'sdifferent.... and I love being different.
Let's just say I've beenscammed by the best (and the worst) (and the slickest)(and the dumbest) (and some just plain poops). To check out my qualifications, click on GruesomeDetails. (Likemostof our links, this one will open a second browserwindow, so you can look around all you like withoutgetting lost; just close the window when you'reready to come back here.)
You'll find a list of topicsin the Scams 101 Index(or "Class Catalog" if you like the collegeatmosphere).
Keep up with new topics bybecoming a regular over at the MessageBoard (better known as "Maa-Maw's Place,"it's the friendiest entrepreneurs' forum on the net).
Some of Scams 101 is sure toseem a little basic, but don't even THINK of saying,"That could never happen to me." Take it from anexpert:....
YOU WOULD BE AMAZED AT THE STUPID STUFF THATOTHERWISE INTELLIGENT PEOPLE WILL FALL FOR!!
If you're considering ahome-based business, you ARE vulnerable. Theyknow you're out there and know you're desperate... sodo yourself a favor and don't skip over anything.
I would even suggest thatyou read the dirt on specific companies whether you'veheard of them or not.
Because of the common threadof deceit that runs through every one of their"programs." You need to learn to recognize it inwhatever form it takes, and the best way to do that isto become familiar with as many as possible.
Okay.... it's time to learnto think like a criminal. Clickhere for the list of topics.

|PROTECT YOURSELF FROM SCAMS! Researchall business opportunities thoroughly, and never blowoff other people's bad experiences. Ask around(and listen!). The Scams101MessageBoard is a good place to start. What'sthat? You've found a Biz Op and you're wonderingif it's endorsed by FIB?... Not unless it'slisted in MaaMaw'sMagnificent Toolbox.|
